So I started college this week and whew its tiring since its far away from my house, I have a realistic drawing class and an english class, other than the hot, its pretty fun :3

My first college doodles from English class, of course I was not gonna sit there listening without drawing for an hour and a half >_>

And here are some designs for my characters when they enter a certain arc in the story... very fancy-ish

This girl really made me proud, I love the design I gave her, its different from any other character I have created so far.

Cool Wanted Posters I want to color soon..

Before anyone starts saying anything about this being similar to Oda's One Piece with the wanted posters and stuff. I'll admit, One Piece is one of the prime influences in my story but so is Captain Underpants! Just the fact that my story revolves around "criminals" doesnt mean it will be anything like One Piece, it does involve travel and fights, but hey, you dont see many cartoon comics with a good manga vibe and im hoping you all enjoy my storytelling and characters (:

Someone is a fan of Del

Sloth and Del do share some similarities, they are both parasites in someone else's body.
As you may see, Jax and Sloth are a popular pair, also the currency is based on Souls.
It is no surprise that Sloth LOVES Snow Tequila, which only grows in Jax's hometown.

Le gasp, making women characters for entertainment is such a hassle during these days when feminists seem to get butthurt about every single way women are portrayed.
But dont worry, I have my set of femme-fatales and I dont care about what they think about them.

Tida again, is Jax's second sidekick. She is possibly one of the strongest killing machines in their world but yet she has a love for being rescued by Jax. She hopes that one day he will become a gentleman and not complain when she purposely gets herself in trouble for his sake. And there nothing wrong with that.

This is Sky, who is based in my ex girlfriend who I still think of to this day...
Shes the youngest soldier to ever come from Virtue Academy.
She really hates Jax as they had a thing in the past and when she finds out that he is a wanted criminal she decides to bring his head to the government no matter what.
A very skilled kicker. She wont ever swallow her pride, even if shes in trouble.

A late night drawing

This fellow certainly reminds me of Sloth... without a cloak.
Certainly, this is young Sloth :D 
He later wears a dark goo cloak because he hates the snow in Agave and causes him a bit of an allergic reaction.

A little panel shot I was working on with Tida as my model, I need to work on my action since there's going to be lots of crazy cartoon fights along Jax's adventure.

Moving forward!

I finished 2 draft chapters of my future webcomic! 
They are 7 pages each, a little short... but I think it fits my story telling.
If I have to update I'll do it by chapters not by pages.

Anyway, I drew a few doodles again today, and im working on a black and white marker drawing for tonight.

Here he is, the Dark Lord himself, the most vile and laziest creature of the night : Sloth

For unknown reasons, he gets stuck in a hat extremely familiar to him...

Who could this kid be? He seems to wear a hat similar to Jax's... but what could their relationship be??

Daily Doodle

Today I made an important promise with my best friend...

And that is to give it our all and not give up on our dreams.

Ill honor that promise and be diligent... I dont know about him though... 

I'm sorry about the quality again.

This is an informer from Hell, he loves his work and will follow it strictly.

His job is to announce Sins their time is out. Give them the boot. 

He makes a brief appearance in the beginning of the story, but who knows what roles this guy may have in the future...

Felt like drawing tonight...

I played Pikmin 3 most of the day and then watched the Bakuman anime... boy that story always lifts my spirits...
Anyhoo~ I just drew a couple of doodles but I always like to color my favorite one so thats the only one I will post today :)

Her name is C.U.B. and shes a robot teddy bear who is very fond of blonde haired women...

Also, sorry if the quality of my pictures is bad... Its kinda tedious to use my scanner since its not near my room, its more convenient to take a quick picture with my phone.

My few summer doodles...

This summer I wasn't very focused with all my art dreams... I guess its the thought of leaving highschool and the fact that I was home all day waiting for Pikmin 3 to come out... I couldnt stay in peace, but thats another story...

I did draw a few things just to release some stress although I wasnt really on the drawing mood all summer...

So this the old design I was going to give to possibly my most favorite of characters, she went from being a shy teen, to a devilish youngster girl and back to being a teen.

Eventually she became this girl: 

Her name is Tida and as you may notice from both pictures, she has fused herself with machinery to gain back her lost limbs. I wont go as far as to explain her abilities yet, but I can tell you she is a very strong girl looking to find a romantic guy to keep her safe.

And now to show you the "star" of the story...

His name is Jax and he is what you may call... a "problem" child, this guy is one of the laziest humans in the world of Havven and he has no problem with it. He lives alone in his house with his grandma while his parents fight crime and evil. He loves to play videogames and tries to be as efficiently lazy as possible.

During some set of events, his favorite hat became possessed by a not so trustworthy being named Sloth who has hidden inside Jax's body by accident.

Now Jax gained you could say two more hands that can imitate what his real hands do! Unfortunately for Sloth, he cant move them unless Jax allows to do so...

Welcome to Jaxman!

Hello all, my name is JazyLax and Im an animation student and future webcomic artist in a series named "Jaxman"
From here on I will be posting doodles and ideas I decide to share. I hope you all take a liking to me and the cast of my story, which will hopefully start in 2015 in my own website. (Which is not created yet)...

Jaxman is a cartoon comic about a lazy and lost young man who is stuck in his house until a mysterious entity invades his favorite hat and begins to warn him about his imminent future...

And I leave for now with a glimpse of my growing artstyle o:
